 We at Truck Accessories Guru understand that at times you receive items that you wish to return. Our goal is to simplify the process as much as possible. In order to process your return, we need the following information to process your return authorization request. Please be certain to read the Return/Exchange Policy for a complete understanding of the return/exchange policy.

Terms and Conditions of Anythingforauto Return Policy
Truck Accessories Guru stands behind the quality and condition of all merchandise sold. All products are covered by Original Equipment Manufacturer's warranty. Highly trained representatives on the Truck Accessories Guru Customer Service team are available to assist with manufacturer's warranty service, exchange and repair if any item proves defective .
Defective Returns:
A request for a Return Authorization (RA) number for defective returns must be received within 15 days from date of original shipment. All service requests for defective products are governed by the terms of the manufacturer's warranty policies.
A product must be diagnosed "defective" by the Technical Support Department prior to RA issuance. Once an item has been diagnosed, please provide the case number when submitting this RA Request Form.
Following return and inspection, any product found to be non-defective is subject to a minimum restocking fee of at least 15%. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Unauthorized Returns or Refused Shipments.
Truck Accessories Guru can not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Deliveries lacking a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will be refused.
Truck Accessories Guru may impose a minimum 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges for shipments refused by the customer.
To avoid delays and extra charges on unwanted shipments customers must accept delivery and then complete this RA Request Form. By following this procedure account credits can be expedited in accordance with company policy. Refused shipments complicate the process and could delay resolution for several weeks. Credit requests cannot be processed until the returned product is received and inspected by the Anythingforauto Returns Department
Return Procedures
Truck Accessories Guru cannot accept any product returns without first receiving a completed RA Number Request Form.
Return Process
The first step to initiate any product return begins with submission of a completed RA Number Request Form and the issuance of a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns of any type can be accepted without a valid RA number. You will be e-mailed a return authorization number with instructions. RA numbers are valid for 15 days after they are issued and the product must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the issuance.
To complete the RA Number Request Form, all required fields must be completely filled in.
The RA number must appear clearly on the shipping label affixed on the outside of all return shipments. Please do not mark the box itself in any other way. Excessive box markings may result in a repackaging charge.
Truck Accessories Guru accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Freight insurance and a proof of delivery tracking number is strongly recommended to protect customer's interest in the shipment.
Returns must be complete in resalable and original condition with all boxes, packing materials, hardware, manuals, etc. Truck Accessories Guru reserves the right to refuse returns on any product that fails to conform to these requirements.
Order Cancellation
If for any reason you decide to cancel an order please contact an Truck Accessories Guru. Customer Service team member immediately via email or call us at 1-713-941-1391. If your order has not shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification. Anythingforauto will contact you with the status of your order.
If your order has already been shipped it will not be eligible for cancellation. If the cancellation request is received after an item has shipped Anythingforauto will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy.
Credits
Credits can only be issued after product is received inspected and processed by Truck Accessories Guru. Please note that after a credit has been issued by Anythingforauto your financial institution controls when the credit will be reflected on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles or contact your credit card company for more details.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY
If your merchandise arrives malfunctioning or appears to be defective, the highly trained Anythingforauto Customer Service team will make every effort to assist you in obtaining technical support and warranty service from the manufacturer. In many instances, manufacturer representatives can diagnose and resolve product concerns via email or over the telephone.
DAMAGE RETURNS
Return of products received damaged must be handled by contacting Truck Accessories Guru customer service at 1-713-941-1391. These returns are time-sensitive and should be called in immediately.
REJECT POLICY
Truck Accessories Guru reserves the right to return any product shipment that does not match the information given on the original Return Authorization (RA) request.
  Example why shipments are rejected:
 
! Invalid RA number
! RA # not visible or not on the box shipping label
! RA condition code does not match the product condition .
! Expired RA number .
! Unauthorized return (no RA # was issued) or not the product return that was requested for .
! Serial number does not match the original vendor box .
! Markings on the box, Open box/Double-taped .
! Damaged product .
